INGREDIENTS
1) Oatmeal: oat meals have very good properties for the skin aside from their nutritive values and it's part of the ingredient needed for this face mask. You can get raw oat meal from supermarkets or organic stores.
2) Egg white: we all know egg white, it's the clear part of an egg, you get to remove the yolk to get the clean egg white and it's also part of the ingredient for this mask.
3) Olive oil: Yeah another very important ingredient is the olive oil, I have alot about the benefits of olive oil on this blog, so if you search for it you will see. Coconut oil can also be used in place of olive oil.
DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then apply on your face for 10 minutes before washing off.
