WATER TO BOOST WEIGHT LOSS

This is worth the share just like the picture says, are you fighting with your weight? Or your not happy about how you look, well God is with you never forget that and never ever lose your self confidence. Today apart from regular exercise and diet, I will be sharing this recipe on how to prepare water to help with your weight loss.

Things you need.
1) A jar or glass cup
2) Lemons : They are acidic and highly useful for weight loss
3) Cucumber: You need a cucumber and we all know the benefits of cucumber and if you search this blog, you will see various benefits of cucumber and a face mask you can make with it.
4) Mint leaves: The local name for mint leave is "Efinrin" and am sure we are all familiar with it and if your not biko ask someone oooo before you take another poisonous leave.

DIRECTION
Put clean water in a jug or jar and put  all the ingredients inside the jar and store in fridge overnight. Drink daily and do exercise regularly.
