1) Apple cidar vinegar:ACV is a very good antibiotic, I use it too and can testify that it's nice. You have to dilute it tho because it's really acidic but am sure some people take it without diluting but I do and you can if you want.
2) Garlic: yeah garlic is one good antibiotics but the smell is really strong and you have to brush or take a minty something after taking it else the smell comes out straight immediately you talk.
3) Ginger: Ginger is also a good antibiotics, I love ginger like last two weeks I had this sore throat like it was kinda painful to swallow, I did not want to use drugs all them steptrin and others, I just got ginger I peeled it and ate it, it was not cool but trust me sore throat disappeared after that day. So trust me when I say ginger is one good antibiotics.
4) Horseradish root: I am not familiar with this root, but if you come across it you should get them.
5) Onion: Yeah, onion is also one go do antibiotics, always include it in your food but at the end of the day some people don't like onions.
6) Habanero peppers: Yeah, apart from their use in (Afam) a native soup, it's also a good antibiotics, but you can't eat pepper alone so add it to your food.
7) Oregano oil: Apart from coconut oil and the likes, oregano oil is also a good antibiotics.
8) Tumeric: Tumeric is also one good antibiotics and it has other good benefits, if you search this blog, you will find so many things about tumeric.
9) Echinacea herbs: Echinacea is alos a good antibiotics, with enough benefits for the skin.
10) Honey : Apart from the use as a sweetner in food and tea, honey has other good benefits and is also a good antibiotics.
11) colloidal silver: it is also a good antibiotics and a must have.
