Juggling the demands of a job, relationship and a home is pushing some of us towards the egde. The probelm is we all try to pretend everything is Fine, and it works well for some and others keep losing themselves trying to seem all Good to others...

Today I want to talk about How to life beyond this life pressures... trust me the pressures will come, Its just how we handle them that makes us what we become. There is a saying that goes " The decision we make today lives with us forever".

How to start living....
Get some perspective : Within the rush of everyday life, it can be useful to gain some perspective about our lives and the world we live in. It can be easy to lose sight of the big picture. So, take some time to stand out from your life and learn about your place in the universe and the world around us.
Build and protect your identity : Our personal identity is pur sense of who we are, what makes us happy and what we want from life. Our ability to build, nurture and protect has a strong hearing on what we achieve from life.
* Know yourself: Develop an honest sense of what you are all about, including what makes you happy and fulfilled, what makes you happy and unhappy and all what your priorities in life are about.
*Bé happy with yourself : An important ingredient in flourishing is been happy with yourself (or atleast accepting who you are) .
* Bé kind to yourself: Yeah be kind to yourself, instead of getting drunk all day, why not read a book sometimes. Instead of feeling sad at home, why dont you go out and meet new people.
*Bé yourself: Always be yourself, you never know who is looking for that crazy you... or that calm You.This will also help yourself grow beyond imagination.

Effect: Helps restore moisture and rebuild
damaged hair.
Directions: After shampooing with my homemade Dudu osun shampoo, I
apply a generous amount to my  hair and comb through for thorough distribution. I Place a shower cap over my  hair and sit under a warm dryer for 10-15 minutes or
leave on the hair for 45 minutes to 1 hour without heat then I Rinse thoroughly.

What I like about the conditioner:

What I like
1. It sinks into my strands readily, softens and moisturises a treat every. single. time. I love that it's consistent and I can rely on it no matter how
dry my hair feels beforehand.
2. It definitely lives up to its promise of
restoring moisture and rebuilding hair. It has some protein (hydrolyzed collagen), but it must be little because it doesn't feel like a protein treatment in my hair. It's more of a moisturising deep conditiiner so I use it every week, twice a week sometimes. I even use it to restore moisture after a protein treatment.
3. As for detangling, this conditioner has slip for daysssss! You know I've been dc'ing on dry hair lately and this just lets me glide through hair I couldn't pass through seconds before applying.

Will I purchase again: Yeahhhhh, or i will be gifted again by a wonderful friend😀😀😀.

This is the popular dark and lovely corrective  leave in conditioner, so I have been eying this product for a while and I got it last week In a supermarket at about a thousand plus, not sure about the specific price. The corrective leave in conditioner has a really nice scent and since I have been using it has been nice and it's really correcting my hair, ranging from breakage to it tangling, it's really helping my hair growth.

How to use.
After a wash, I just apply it to my hair and rub it in using my fingers. It does not even appear like I  applied anything because It blends in with my hair so well

Hey guys, how is everyone and to my natural hair ladies in the house, I have got a post for y'all. Late week I got this beauty from a supermarket at an affordable price, you guys know I am all about the Price first o before any other thing lol. I got this product below a thousand naira in Nigerian currency and it's about one dollar for my sisters and sweethearts outside the country.

This product is the popular Hair wonder cream, I actually prefer to call it hair food because mehn the ingredients is just amazing. It also scents so nice and the look is also very nice.

How I use it.
I use it after a wash, I dry my hair first then apply the cream using my hands and that's it, I can assure you everyone is going to be asking why ur hair scents so nice for the rest of the day.

Hey guys, I am so happy to share with you guys my natural hair growth, I shared everything from the beginning till now, I actually transitioned for the new ones just coming across my blog (thanks for checking). So I could not  bear cutting my hair and starting from the bottom, I cut my hair for six years in high school and I hated it so much. Transiting was not easy because making my hair was really painful sometimes but I have some useful tips I used.

Tips for transiting I used.
1) I wore wigs more:  Yes I had to let making my hair go, and it was good because I got to save up all that money. I started buying more wigs and changing them, this is because when transiting the texture of your hair changes from the natural one growing and it becomes painful to comb.

2) I did more of weaving underneath my wigs: The only thing I changed regularly was the weaving underneath my wigs, this is because I wanted to prevent dandruff growth and also prevent itching too.

3) Regular wash: Yes regular wash using a shampoo and conditioner also helped.

4)  A spray bottle: I improvised a spray bottle using my empty perfume container, I added all my natural hair products in this spray bottle.

5) Olive oil: I added olive oil to my spray bottle containing water and used it to spray my hair after each wash before I weaved my hair.

6) Water: I used water to add moisture to my hair, to make it soft, shiny and more attractive.

7) Shea butter :  Yeah I used Shea buttesr as my hair food  during the period and it really helped.
